Sweetened Condensed Milk (equivalent to a 14-ounce can)
- 1/2 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Heat 1/2 cup water to boiling, add the butter and stir to melt. Pour into blender and add dry milk, sugar & vanilla.
Cover and blend on high speed for about 20 seconds or until smooth.
Use immediately, store in refrigerator in a covered container for one week or freeze for up to six months.
