1)You'll need freshly pained (& dried) fingernails in your color of choice, a loofa, a makeup sponge & white acrylic paint. 2) Cut a loop of your loofah so you have just one layer of netting. 3) Pull loofa netting over fingernail at an angle. 4) Dip makeup sponge into acrylic paint. 5) Gently dab sponge onto nail. Finish!) When it dries finish with a clear topcoat.
